Reflexes are a fundamental part of driving . We need to know how to react to any unexpected event that may arise along the way, such as someone crossing the wrong path or a car that suddenly stops.
For this reason, once you reach certain ages, you can't renew your driver's license. As we get older, our reflexes deteriorate, making us unfit to drive.
However, having good reflexes is one thing, but overreacting is another. That's what happened to the driver in a video shared on the Instagram account @dashcams.esp.
In the scene, the person filming can be seen driving on the right, with a van on his left. Suddenly, the person on the other side of the vehicle swerves to the right, causing the video sharer to slam on his brakes and swear at him.
However, the video's comments section has been quite harsh on him. They criticized him for overreacting, slamming on the brakes and stopping instead of swerving slightly, or even yielding to the van.
